The National Film Board approached me to build an interactive narrative which tells the story of 6 women and the common thread that connects them all…bread.
The challenging aspect of this project was that it was originally designed to be a Flash build but by the time it got green-lit for development, Flash was dying its last breath and so it had to be built exclusively as an HTML/JS project.
It is a fully responsive, single-page app with a completely custom, built-from-scratch framework (no Angular, Backbone, React, etc…).
